Shift6 is conducting a number of invitation-based workshops at various locations in cities around the UK (and soon around Europe) where Blyk members are invited to take part in shaping their favorite service.
The workshops focus on letting Blyks members be heard and turn those thoughts into meaningful interactions with Blyk. They can last a few hours to several weeks.
So far, Shift6 has conducted 2 large workshops, in the Fall 2007 and a series of shorter Insight sessions with users from all over the UK in the past few months.
As Blyk’s user-base grows, so does the feedback. Shift6’s role is to turn this feedback into creative ideas for the future of Blyk based on interactions with young people who are active Blyk members.
